Chris Simms (Director and Principal Consultant)
Chris is an experienced Service Delivery and Project Manager whose areas of expertise include Business Continuity, Risk Assessment and Project Management. A former senior manager at Shell, Chris has worked for a number of IT Service companies, including six years in the Service Management Consulting practice at Capgemini. He is a member of BCI (Business Continuity Institute) and a certified PRINCE II Practitioner. He is also ITIL qualified.

Steve is an experienced Consultant, specialising in Project and Change Management. His key skills are facilitation and problem solving, most easily recognisable in Principal Consultant and Programme Director roles.
